Food Vendors are welcome to participate during events held on the fairground property which are sponsored by other organizations.

In order to do so, the Food Vendor must:

1. Obtain permission from the entity which is promoting the event & pay the event promoter directly.

2.  Provide proof of insurance, and a current health permit to the Fair Office. 

Failure to do so may disqualify the food vendor from participating in future events, including the fair.
